Disco Flash Effect Use Glitter Powder D09:







  1. Paint prepared nails with preferably a black base colour

  2. Rub in the dust onto the surface, which is still slightly sticky, using the spatula added.

  3. Edges are treated with primer.

  4. Use a layer of CCO top lacquer at the last step, then place under UV light for two minutes.
